a) Make a stereo mp3 file 1 to 3 mins long; go to File and select Export as Mp3, you may need lame_enc.dll or other similar library files.

a) considering the materials employed - what are they? how they have been processed? how they have been organized? and why?; i.e. the creative decisions taken
